I relocated to Prosser, Washington in 2007 to pursue my passion for wine making. I opened Prosser Vineyards and Winery and operate Bill's Tasting Room in downtown Prosser. I was born in San Diego, California and graduated from the University of Redlands with a bachelor’s degree in business management. I am proudly serving my first term as your state representative.
As a small business owner with over 30 years of experience, I bring strong fiscal and conservative leadership as a state legislator. The state's priority should be to promote policies that create jobs and grow the economy. We must prioritize state spending to provide the greatest return on taxpayer dollars. I am working to expand the Washington wine industry to compete in an increasingly globalized economy and promote our district as a great place to work, live, visit and invest.
I am community minded, supporting a number of non-profits that give back. I was the founding chairman of Prosser Boys and Girls Club, a board member for People of People, and serve as the District Governor of Rotary District 5060. I served as the former Prosser school board president, and was two-time president of Prosser Chamber of Commerce. I've been recognized for my service and dedication with the Distinguished Service, Volunteer of the Year, and Outstanding Citizen awards.
My wife and I call Prosser our home.
